Basically, I'm confused! I've been told that in-state, UC's do not charge tutition. How can this be? About how much per year would I be looking at to attend a UC? The big ones I'm looking at are UC Irvine, UCLA Davis etc. Is it really free of tuition? Or do they just pick up the cost somewhere... Read More »
